HOW DOES INSURANCE COVERAGE WORK?
We work with Outdoorsy as our preferred booking platform. All renters are required to submit their drivers license for a rigorous dmv back round check. If approved, they'll be eligible to book and required to add industry leading insurance coverage to their reservation. To learn more, click here.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
As long as there are rentals, every 2 weeks you can expect an electronic payment directly to your bank account. You'll also receive a detailed payout breakdown.
WHAT IS YOUR MANAGEMENT FEE?
After our preferred booking platform takes their share, We'll split all revenue generated 60/40. 60% goes to you, 40% goes to us to for our time, full suite of services, and a job well done.
